Kiwi
Delicious and rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.
Thanks to the considerable quantity of fibre that it contains, kiwi is a fruit that helps to regulate cholesterol and blood sugars. As well as soluble fibre, it also contains insoluble fibre which helps to prevent constipation. Kiwi also provides folic acid, vitamin E and magnesium, essential for bone health.
Kiwi fruit was named after the New Zealand kiwi, which is small, brown and fluffy.
